Instructions
1: In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients listed for the protein (shrimp, ground pork, seasonings). Set aside. 2: Fill a 3 qt pot 3/4 full with water and bring to boil. Add the combined meat mixture using a spoon to help form each meatball. 3: Wait for the water to boil again and reduce to simmer. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove any foam that forms at the top of the broth. 4: Add your cubed Wintermelon and allow to cook for 10-15 minutes or until the Wintermelon is completely cooked and transparent. 5: Season the broth with 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp chicken powder, and 1/2 tsp sugar.
